Step 2: Enter eTIMS User ID and eTIMS Password

Next, on the eTIMS Taxpayer Portal, enter your eTIMS User ID (KRA PIN Number) and the eTIMS Password. Once you have entered both of these two eTIMS login credentials, click on the “Login” button to access the eTIMS Taxpayer Portal account.

Step 3: Click on eTIMS Profile

Once you are logged into eTIMS Taxpayer Portal account, click on the “eTIMS Profile” icon located at the top right corner of the eTIMS Taxpayer Portal account dashboard.

Step 4: Click on Password Change

Under the eTIMS Profile, click on “Password Change” to begin the process of changing the password on eTIMS Taxpayer Portal account.

Step 5: Enter Current eTIMS Password, New Password and then Confirm New Password

In this step, you need to enter the current eTIMS account password, followed by the new eTIMS account password and finally confirm the new eTIMS account password. Ensure that the new eTIMS Password meets the following eTIMS Password requirements: 12-20 digits, English uppercase/lowercase letters, numbers, special characters mixed. Afterwards, click on the “Amend” button. A pop up window will appear with the notification “Password Change, Do you want to modify it?” Click on the “Yes” button to proceed to changing the eTIMS Taxpayer Portal account password. 

Step 6: eTIMS Password Change Successful

Finally, a pop up window notification will display with the message “Password Change. It is modified” All you have to do now is to click on the “OK” button. That will mark the end of the process of changing eTIMS Taxpayer Portal account password.
