Next, a verification code will be sent to your phone number (mobile number). You need to enter the OTP that has been sent to your phone number via SMS from eCitizen. Once you have entered the eCitizen account verification code (OTP), click on the “Verify” button.

Step 9: Set New Password On eCitizen Account
