At Cyber.co.ke, we currently offer 6 core KRA services that includes:KRA PIN Services for Individuals, KRA PIN Services for Non-Individuals, KRA Yearly Returns Services, KRA OTP Verification, Business Tax Filings and KRA Compliance Services.
What is KRA PIN Registration?
KRA PIN Registration is the process whereby Kenyans aged 18 years and above are obligated by the Law to get a KRA PIN number that they can use for various services in Kenya e.g pay taxes, apply for loans, open bank accounts, transfer motor vehicles and much more.
What is KRA PIN Retrieval?
KRA PIN Retrieval is the process whereby we assist those who have KRA PIN numbers get them again through retrieval process. So if you already have a KRA PIN number but have forgotten it, this is the process that you need.
What is KRA PIN Update?
KRA PIN Update is the process whereby we update the old pin numbers on the new iTax system as required.
Is Cyber.co.ke affiliated to KRA?
Cyber.co.ke is an independent business services entity and is not affiliated with KRA. We only assist Kenyans in processing their KRA Services online with ease and convenience.
What are the payment methods available for the KRA services?
We currently allow our customers in Kenya to pay conveniently and with ease using our Safaricom Lipa na M-PESA Paybill Number 763766 Account Number 0766103348. You can find out more about how to make payments online on our payment methods page.
How much do you charge for the various services?
For KRA PIN Registration we charge Kshs. 200, for KRA PIN Retrieval we charge Kshs. 200 and for KRA PIN Update we charge Kshs. 200. Our rates are fixed at Kshs. 200 for the three services that we offer Kenyans online. There are no transaction charges involved when paying using our Lipa na M-PESA Paybill Number 763766 Account Number 0766103348.
How are the orders processed?
The orders placed by our customers in Kenya are processed using the FIFO (First In, First Out) Method. The orders that are received and paid for early are paid for first are the ones that we work on first.
Do you offer refunds for orders placed at Cyber.co.ke Portal?
We only refund orders that have been paid twice by a person or payments that do not match orders made on the portal. We do not offer any refunds for orders that have already been done by our support staff at Cyber.co.ke Portal.
Do you have a physical cyber cafe?
Yes, we have and operate our brand Classique Cyber Cafe in Mombasa, Kenya. You can visit us at Shopping Arcade – Digo Road, opposite Bima Tower, stalls number 20 and 21.
Who is the founder of Cyber.co.ke?
